Job Description
The incumbent of this role is responsible for managing of Client General Manager (CGM) / Strategic Relationship Management (SRM)team as well as an Operational Corporate Team. The SRM team currently undertakes the role of managing client relationships, maintaining, and retaining clients, adding value, and promoting the 4 Pillars of Travel Management to all clients. The Operational Team includes Operations Managers that are managing a team of consultants and team leaders. This role includes support, mentorship & guidance to the Operations Managers/Teamleader & CGM/SRM team to ensure all targets and objectives of the business are achieved as well as maximum client retention.
Principle Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Reporting , Staff Management, Strategy & Technology,Retention & Growth-Client Management, and Preferred Partner/Supplier Relationships.

R32 000 to R45 000 CTC
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric Qualification
- Degree in Business Management or similar
- Minimum 5 years Account Management Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
