Offering administrative and operational assistance to the account managers for precise and professional planning and execution of Incentive Travel. The position requires a sound knowledge of the MICE industry and professional approach when liaising with clients, suppliers, DMC’s, airlines and hotel group reservations for both local and international incentive travel.

During an induction and training phase it may be required to work from one of our remote business hubs. Thereafter flexibility will be maintained and determined as to best productive working requirement as per business needs and personal requirements.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Matric with post Matric qualification relevant to the travel industry
- Amadeus trained and able to build fares, issue tickets and re-issue tickets (advanced experience essential)
- Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint (advanced experience essential)
- Good understanding of MICE industry
- Good interpersonal skills
- English – spoken, written
- Good business acumen
- Passion for MICE industry
- Ability to work as a key member of the team
- Organized, detail oriented and excellent time keeping
- Own reliable vehicle essential
- Business savvy
- Creative and driven for excellence
- Independent, problem-solver and must have initiative

Key Outputs
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance as a representative of the company at all times
- To ensure that the requirements of the account managers are met in an accurate and creative way
- To ensure that all internal and external deadlines are met timeously and efficiently
- Efficient and accurate processing of client documentation for incentive trips which includes the issuing of domestic and international air tickets, visa processing, itineraries, travel insurance etc. and all other admin related work.
- Monthly management of teaser campaigns.
- Sourcing pre-departure travel items. ie. Golf shirts, luggage, travel bags options.
- Travel document packing and dispatching.
- To ensure smooth onsite implementation of the incentive by providing efficient support and where required assistant tour leading services. This includes but is not limited to crisis management, hospitality services, baggage control and efficient liaison with suppliers
- To develop and maintain an ongoing high standard of customer service including good interpersonal relationships with clients, both internally and externally.
- All administration, record keeping and reporting related to the clients and your daily functions.
- Any agreed upon ad-hoc work requirements in order to provide customer satisfaction.
