The Contact Centre Agent is responsible for the effective handling of all individual clients and trade requests in line with MSC Cruises Corporate Service Standards.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years in the travel industry;
- Certificate, Diploma or BCOM in Travel & Tourism;
- Online proficiency and experience;
- Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications – Outlook;
- Ability to increase sales and perform under pressure;
- Proven sales record;
- Extensive global product and geographical travel knowledge;
- High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Effective time management;
- Self-motivated and disciplined;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Must be a team player
Desirable:
