Job Description
Responsible for providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients. Managing work load and driving revenue. Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Report to owner on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Travel Qualification Certificate and Amadeus or Galileo. Amadeus training will be provided
- 5 years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment
- Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing. Ability to accurately complete all reissues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Ability to tailor-make packages and think creatively
- Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas
- High accuracy, attention to detail and excellent service delivery
- Ability to handle volume and pressure
- Team Player
- Weekends and after hours emergency work expected
