- Ability to work under preassure with strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage all travel: Domestic, Regional and International, inclusive of fares, ticketing, refunds, reissues etc.
- Excellent tour operator and destination knowledge.
- Visa knowlegde and processing.
- Afterhours will be required.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma in Travel or relevant.
- Galileo & Quicksoft Competancy.
- Minimum 10 years experience in managing corporate and government travel.
- Minimum 5 years experience in international travel.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Expert in international fares and ticketing.
- Advanced fares and ticketing would be an advantage.
