Job Description
New Business Development Manager: The Business Development Manager responsible for leading the sales teams to reach sales targets as well as achieving individual set sales targets.
The Business Development Manager will require a proven track record of a task and goal orientated person, who builds excellent interpersonal relationships with a proven track record of securing new business. The New Business Development Manager will be required to secure new clients for CWT by solution selling and concluding good margin sales of our TMC value proposition to corporate companies, SOE’s and small and medium enterprises.
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Sales/Marketing Diploma (equivalent to an NQF level 5 is preferable)
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role with proof of success
