Job Description
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. All aspects of processing, checking and issuing of all travel documentation:
- Fares knowledge (advantageous)
- Credit card swipes & receipting;
- DI lines in PNR’s for automatic invoicing;
- Cross-pollination with finance department imperative and therefore teamwork essential;
- Adhering to eTravel’s ‘Cleared Funds Policy’;
- All related administrative functions in order to facilitate the back office support given to ITC’s;

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric;
- Travel Course from a recognized Tertiary Institute;
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Windows Environment (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Experience on GDS (Amadeus and Galileo) – would be advantageous but not a requirement as we can provide training at the company’s expense
- Very good communication skills a must;
- High level of service-orientated individual required;
- Proactive and uses initiative well;
- Definite Team Player;
- Patient and Good People Skills
- Good Administration skills
