Senior Inbound Travel Consultant work from our Pretoria – Headoffice.
- Travel Consultnat must be able in issuing tickets, insurance, exchange and any other travel related documentation.
- Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
- Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
- Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.
- Attention to detail and taking ownership of his work.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 6-10 years Inbound Experience
- GDS experience a plus
- Outstanding South Africa product knowledge
- Dynamic Packaging experience
- Tourplan experience a plus
- European Language ability a plus
