Job Description

ATPI is looking for two Supervisors - one in Durban and one in Johannesburg - to manage Team Leaders in these offices. The incumbent must have a minimum of 12 years' Operations experience in the travel industry.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

  1. Ability to work under pressure.
  2. People management experience minimum of 5 years
  3. Fully qualified and expert knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo – GDS Systems
  4. High level of experience in airline fares, rule application, ticketing and re-issuing of tickets
  5. High level of experience in other travel products eg. accommodation, car rentals, ground transportation operators, Charters, visa requirements etc world-wide.
  6. Good understand of technological developments and ability to change systems.
  7. Emotional maturity with difficult clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  8. Proactive leader to be able to adapt to different circumstances quickly
  9. Lead by example by portraying good, disciplined worth ethics.
