Manage a portfolio of UHNW customers. With a passion for servicing VIP / UHNW customers and overseeing and supporting the VIP Travel team in delivering exceptional Travel and Concierge services to the UHNW customers.
Oversee and mentor the Travel team servicing the UHNW customer base
Implement and innovate Customer profiling methodology for personalised service and dedicated resource capabilities.
Liaise with UHNW customers on specific customer requirements, compliments and complaints
Proactively look for and implement new or more efficient processes that will improve the efficiency and quality of the team’s performance.
Monitor and report monthly on call volume stats (phones, cell phones and CRM)
There will be some after-hours contact and assistance required to UHNW customers and the team of consultants (as required)
Performance management and annual performance reviews of direct reports.
Coaching and mentoring of staff.
To report directly to the CEO.

Qualification:
National Diploma in Travel, Business degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 15 years working experience in Travel or Concierge with preference in VIP customer environment.
Exposure / knowledge of luxury travel and experiences an advantage.
Travel exposure (either personal / business / educational) an advantage.
Proven record of superlative customer service focused on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong sense of urgency and being available to UHNW Customer base
Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) knowledge and working experience (reports and presentations primarily)
Experience of minimum 2 years managing a team.
Experience in strong customer relationship management.
Experience in management of cross functional teams.
