- Design, develop and plan guests’ journey accurately and timeously
- Follow all necessary steps once bookings confirm
- Keep updated with changes in all company product offerings

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 4-5 years’ experience at a Senior level.
- Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
- Working knowledge of TourPlan or similar booking/operating system.
- Good product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
- Personal and educational travel experience advantageous
