Job Description
Umrah Consultant Role is designed to channelize and synchronise all the travel operations activities to support & increase sales of the branch / country for Umrah packages. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for individual clients or groups. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. This position directly reports into Branch Manager.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Educational Qualifications –Diploma / Graduate
- Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience – minimum 3 Years
- Experience with BSP / IATA related operations will get preference.
- Functional Skills Negotiation Skills, Good Communication, Team player
- Basic knowledge of computer
- Self-Starter and works under minimum supervision

General Details
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and expand customer base for UMRAH & Islamic Tours
- Ensure all communication both written and verbal is professional, accurate and conducted in a timely manner
- Expert of GDS – Amadeus/Galileo
- Possess an updated knowledge about UMRAH packages rules and Policies as well as airline rules and policies and visa requirements
- Have excellent knowledge of destination (Holy Places in Makkah and Madinah)
- Organize UMRAH Packages from beginning to end, through booking tickets, ground transportation, accommodation etc.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages or Fixed departures
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
- Create and update electronic records of clients
- Maintain relationships with key persons – internal and external
- Keep financial statements and documents safe
- Reach the revenue and profit targets
- Clear concepts on all bookings, issue, reissue and refund policies.
- Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators.
- Maximize revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management Services Team.
