Key performance areas:
- Pulling report in quicktrav.
- Administrative functions.
- Asset – process new and existing, data integrity, reconciliation.
- Reporting in excel/pivot tables.
- Registration procedures for new suppliers.
- Data base – cleaning and updating.
- Scanning – scanning of contracts and supplier registration forms.
- Drive between HO, Storeroom around Pretoria and other offices for physical assets verification.
