to join our marketing and sales team.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Minimum requirements include:
- A suitable hospitality qualification or a qualification in sales & marketing
- Three years’ experience in a hotel sales role
- Strong organisational skills
- Warm, welcoming and unreserved personality
- Understanding of clients’ needs in the industry and knowledge to fulfil it
- Multitasking and the ability to work on various brands
- Ability to travel extensively
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Three contactable references

General Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist our GMs in achieving budgeted revenues
- To ensure that key accounts are managed
- To host site inspections, workshops, blitzes and fam trips
- To compile and implement sales and marketing strategies
- To host weekly and monthly sales meetings
- To compile monthly measurability statistics
- To drive communication between all stakeholders: GMs, reservations, marketing, revenue, clients and guests
- To stay abreast on trends and market related issues
- To connect and collaborate with business networks and -chambers, as well as tourism and travel associations
