Overview:
The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities: (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Standard quote format to be used
- Provide rules for changes and cancellation of services
- Approval as per SLA
- Book as per customer’s travel policy
- Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and any other related service
- Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within the allocated time
- Air ticket: Send to the traveller and/or booker
- Voucher: Send to supplier and traveller and/or booker
- Send an SMS to the traveller
Salary
Attractive package market-related, based on experience
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated regularly
- Must have a valid GDS Certificate
- Excellent knowledge of the GDS and booking tool
- Minimum of 5 years of international consulting experience with a GDS
- Ticketing and Fares knowledge
- Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office
- Destination and Product Knowledge
