Overview
The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service excellence.
Knowledge & Skills (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Standard quote format to be used
- Provide rules for changes and cancellation of services
- Approval as per SLA
- Book as per VIP client’s preference
- Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and any other related service
- Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within allocated time
- Air ticket: Send to VIP traveller and/or booker
- Voucher: Send to supplier and VIP traveller and/or booker
Personal Attributes Required
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow through skills
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
- Support team members and management
Salary
Attractive package market related, based on experience
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of international consulting experience with a GDS
- Must be in possession of a valid GDS Certificate
- Excellent knowledge of the GDS and booking tool
- Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated regularly
- Ticketing and Fares knowledge
- Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office
- Destination and Product Knowledge
