Thornybush is looking for a Reservation Supervisor (Permanent) to join their Sales & Marketing team. The person will be based in Hoedspruit. The position will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and oversee a team of no less than 3 Trade Agents and several direct agents.
 
What will you be doing?:

• Managing and overseeing the Trade and Direct team (day-to-day operations including performance)
• As and when required assist with various bookings.
• Oversee the online platforms / OTA’s ( Booking.com , Expedia , Wetu etc)
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts
• Build strong relationships with Lodge Operations and various internal teams.
• Sales trips administration and when required attend sales trips.
• Trade shows (in-person and online)
• Online product training
• Sales content creation on all platforms
• Systems administration & maintenance
• Team reporting (weekly & monthly)
