Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma in travel, tourism, or an equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Leisure & Corporate Travel industry
- Amadeus proficiency and experience essential
- Quicktrav knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations
- Strong customer service skills
- Above average sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Target driven
- Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Personal travel experience will be advantageous
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
- A personable manner and a willingness to help people.
