Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and driven individual to join our team at our Rosebank Offices in Gauteng, to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst managing aspects of the client portfolio to include but not be limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation. It will be expected of the individual to manage all sales of products and services, financials (budget, billing payment, and profitability) business planning, and reviews to establish relationships with key decision-makers in multiple regions. The candidate should be confident, technology-driven, and self-motivated.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Sound knowledge of MIS reports
- 5 years of travel industry experience in an account management role
- College / University degree preferred
- Implementation experience in managing large market/regional clients
- Own a vehicle and driver’s license, with the ability to travel domestically and/or internationally for business purposes.
- Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology
- Effective communication skills Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques
- Knowledge of preparing budgets and pricing scenarios for clients
- Knowledge of major products and services and ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Knowledge of existing and planned markets and market-related initiatives
- Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and practices for analysing the purpose and scope of a producer, a product, a process, or a project in terms of cost and benefits Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques with the ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours
