Job Description
This is a strategic and consultative function within the Client Services Division. The role is responsible for ensuring and improving the client value and profitability of the company through provision of effective methods and Strategies. This position forms an integral part of our overall solution, providing support to our clients and travel advisors through value added services.
- Provides a consultative approach and assistance with regards to emergency passports and visas.
- Resolution of high profile and emergency visa services.
- Strategic Relationships with Embassies, Value added Suppliers and Home Affairs
- The effective management of all these activities relating to the provision of personalised, consistent, and customised quality service to clients.
- Maximising performance from the existing business based on the company measurements of client retention, revenue, expense management, asset and cash management and operating profit.
- This position is responsible for the effective communication and positive results for travellers requiring visas, passports and any other client services value added products.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Sabre Red 360
- Diploma/relevant qualifications in Travel and Tourism
- General Travel Certificate
- 5 plus years’ experience in visas and passports.
- Strong operational / travel systems experience, staff management skills and can work within a fast-paced, busy environment.
