Qualification:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
● Minimum of 5 years of International and Regional consulting experience with a GDS
● Must have a valid GDS Certificate, Amadeus is an advantage
● Excellent knowledge of the GDS and Online Booking Tool (OBT)
● Must be fully proficient with Ticketing and Reissues on the GDS
● Ticketing, Fares
● Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office
● Have an excellent understanding of:
o Airline terms
o Travel industry knowledge
o Geography
● Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated regularly
● Updated and latest destination & product knowledge is a must
Personal Attributes Required
● Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
● Possess competent written and verbal communication skills
● Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline
● Attention to detail
