Club Travel Corporate has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Hub Manager, Gauteng to join our team!
The main objective of the Travel Hub Manager is to manage the operations of the travel hub by ensuring that hub financial objectives are exceeded, business growth, client service quality and relationship development, and motivate and train staff to consistently provide service excellence in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
In the role of consultant, to provide information, advice, and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Club Travel brand.

Qualification:
A: Operational Processes and Technology
● Assist with Implementation of NexCT as a consultant tool to promote consultant productivity.
● Support Implementations Team with the set-up of new clients.
● Communicate new account information and create Client Files and ensure adherence.
● Optimise the benefits of Papertrail.
● Ensure adherence to SOP’s which is in place for all key processes.
● Ensure error minimisation
B: Talent Management
● Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures as well as all governing Acts.
● Recruit according to Company policy.
● Manage, motivate, train and develop a team.
● Conflict Management.
● Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
● Responsible for handling all rosters: after-hours, leave, breaks, training, back-up for absent employees.
● Arrange site inspections and team building activities.
● Monitor team workload and productivity.
C: Finance
● Contribute in setting up of hub budget and financial targets.
● Ensure that the hub targets are met and exceeded.
● Management of hub expenses.
● Minimize errors that result in financial loss.
● Ensure client fees are collected and recorded.
● Effectively manage error reports to identify financial risks and training requirements.
● Ensure that the accounts trade within approved limits.
D: Customer
● Ownership of customers within the hub.
● New customer acquisition to grow the hub.
● Account management services within the hub.
● Service quality monitoring.
● Travel reports.
● Relationship Management.
● Supplier Management.
● To ensure client satisfaction by providing service in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
● Ensure adherence to clients Travel Policy.
● Ensure a positive image of Club Travel Corporate is maintained at all times.
● Resolution of Complaints and Queries (internal and external).
Skills and Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years travel related tertiary qualification.
● Desired 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
● Capability to delegate, motivate and develop a team.
● Discretion and awareness of confidentiality.
● Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
● Possess competent written and verbal communication skills.
● Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline.
● Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
● Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
● An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information.
● Takes the initiative to support team members and management.
● Ability to inspire confidence and develop rapport with staff and clients.
