The team leader will provide guidance and instruction to a working group of travel agents and is responsible for
the managing of the team’s productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide advice and
solutions to all requests ensuring a cost-effective solution to the client.

Qualification:
Develop and update customer service info packs, effectively action all reservations as a senior consultant,
ability to assist during emergencies, ensure all fees are charged, ensure team adheres to all SLA’s and Travel
Policies for clients, convert offline clients onto our inhouse booking tool (NexCT) and ensure proper client
implementation
• Ability to improve performance through training and development of team
• Ability to effectively manage a team by setting goals and objective
• Efficient problem solving and communication skills
• Adaptable and innovative
*Full understanding of query reports, papertrail, protas and ppen voucher
• Must be in possession of a valid GDS Certificate with excellent knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of international consulting experience with a GDS
• Ticketing on the GDS
• Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office. G-Suite knowledge (advantageous)
• At least 2 years’ experience of managing a team
• Travel and Tourism Qualification
