- Must be able to handle all regional, domestic and international bookings
- Understanding VISA requirements
- Competent in Re-issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English
- Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
- Galileo or Amadeus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays
- High accuracy and attention to detail essential.
- Ability to manage your own time.
- Computer literate
- An ability to provide excellent customer service
- Takes the initiative to support team members
