The purpose of Sabre Afterhours Travel consultant is to provide support and service to customers' needs when in an emergency or while travelling in destination. This person would be liaising directly with customers, airlines and preferred partners, and would need to be fully customer-centric, and offer exceptional delivery in customer service through high attention to detail and travel knowledge.
This person will need to have a great understanding of airfares and land and be able to manage the end-to-end travel needs through an emergency and / or crisis.
