Job Description
- Conduct sales in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
- Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
- Track leads and document interactions with prospects through our CRM Database
- Fully understand and be able to communicate clearly the Wings Travel Managements USP’s both internally and externally
- Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner potential clients
- Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
- Establish and develop strong client relationships
- Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the area of Margin
- Assist the Head of Business Development (Areal) in achieving short, medium and long term goals for Wings Travel Management
- Assist the Quality Assurance Department with corrective action, when required
- Attend regular monthly product presentations and Finance & Administration and Operations meeting when requested to
- Establish and develop strong relationships with all Wings departments
- Report competitor and client activities to the Head of Business Development on an on-going basis
