Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Experience in the retail travel industry
- Amadeus proficiency and experience essential
- Quicktrav knowledge an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations
- Strong customer service skills
- Above average sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
- Target driven
- Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Personal travel experience will be advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans will be beneficial
- Computer literacy essential
- Own transport to & from work essential
