Thornybush is looking for a
Reservation Supervisor (Permanent) to join their Sales & Marketing team. The person will be based in Hoedspruit. The position will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and oversee a team of no less than 3 Trade Agents and several direct agents.
What will you be doing?:
- Managing and overseeing the Trade and Direct team (day-to-day operations including performance)
- As and when required assist with various bookings.
- Oversee the online platforms / OTA’s ( Booking.com , Expedia , Wetu etc)
- Raises and tracks issues and conflicts
- Build strong relationships with Lodge Operations and various internal teams.
- Sales trips administration and when required attend sales trips.
- Trade shows (in-person and online)
- Online product training
- Sales content creation on all platforms
- Systems administration & maintenance
- Team reporting (weekly & monthly)

Requirements:
- No less than 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Computer literate
- English – Fluent
- Transport/Drive
- Location: Hoedspruit based
