Creditors Clerk (Intermediate)
Key Performance Areas
- Preparing monthly creditors recons for Car Hires, Shuttles, and Accommodation
- Preparation of payment vouchers to coincide with recons
- Resolution of supplier queries and subsequent communication with finance team
- Sourcing of outstanding invoices for supplier payment
- Professional communication with suppliers regarding payments and remittances

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification (Grade 12)
- QuickTrav package experience compulsory
- Ms Excel/ Ms Office working experience
- Be able to work in a pressurized corporate environment
- May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines as and when required
- High levels of accuracy
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure
