To competently handle all aspects of domestic & regional travel and to manage the day to day aspects of client travel expectations and requirements.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:
* Minimum 2 years travel experience preferred *
Matric qualification
Galileo qualification & experience essential
Tertiary qualification in travel & tourism advantageous
Excellent travel product knowledge
Corporate fares & general fares knowledge
MS Word and e-mail experience
Customer care principles
Basic accounting principles / administration
Able to process own ticketing, re-issues & rerouting
Able to read, understand & apply fare rules
Able to recommend logical, objective & thoughtful ideas & decisions
