Job Description
The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Company. Ensure the ongoing of all encompassing viability of the Company division.
Knowledge and able to work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
Ability to issue full domestic reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc
Ability to accurately complete domestic reissues
Ability to complete all refunds accurately
Ensure corporate fares are utilized
Limited QC rejections
Understanding and adhering to the clients’ travel policies and procedures
The ability to advise the solution to the problem
A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service
Ability to build relationships with company s clients
Immediate attention to any client complaint
Adhere to the company /client turnaround times

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Matric Qualification
Travel Diploma
Minimum 2 years experience with at least 1 year being in a junior role in a similar organisation
Computer literate: Word, excel

Business with charm and savvy (Excl external Applicants)
Customer service course
Sound geographical knowledge of SA and Africa
