- All travel related requests for Domestic, Regional and International bookings

- Ticket re-issues
- Process visas correctly and timeously
- Domestic / Regional / International re-routings
- Practice teamwork and has the enthusiasm to assist colleagues
- Experience in servicing Corporate & Gov accounts
- Office based shifts

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
From recently certificated in Travel Management to experienced:
- GDS experience
- 3 -10 years + experience in TMC
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well spoken
- Team player and leading ability
- Must have own transport
- Handle Corporate and/or Government Accounts
- Excellent international fares and ticketing knowledge
- Good destination knowledge
