Job Description
- Ensuring all air tickets are issued accurately and efficiently
- Fare recalculations and ticket reissues due to time changes or passenger action
- Processing ticketing on group bookings
- Manage schedule changes and problem solving
- Providing assistance and advice to our Counsellors over telephone or via email
- Queue management – understanding ticketing time limits & reading vendor remarks

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing including published, net and ITX fare contracts.
- Experience of making and amending reservations.
- Experience of working in a Corporate & Leisure travel
- Strong working knowledge of GDS (Smartpoint).
- Patience and willingness to help others
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solver and ability to work under pressure
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team but also comfortable working alone
- Flexibility to working hours if workload requires during peak periods
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Ability to solve flight/ticket related problems efficiently

General Details
Mon - Fri 0830-1700 - office based except 1 week in every 4 or 5 to cover Out of Hours when it will be working from home - this means being available every evening and all weekend and work 0900-1200 on the Saturday
