Job Description
Club Travel has a position available at our office in Cape Town for an Intermediate Ticketing Consultant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently issuing and re-issuing air tickets and EMDs on 3 GDS systems namely Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre. As well as handling queries via multiple channels, while also being prepared to fulfill adhoc. tasks that may be required.
- Issuing/re-issuing of all air tickets and EMDs within the GDS.
- Ensure all necessary checks are completed before the ticket is issued.
- Ensure fare rules are read and clearly understood.
- Ensure all tickets are sent to Quality Control to be checked.
- Assisting with queries.
Salary

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 –5 year of s ticketing experience
- Excellent knowledge of all 3 GDS systems (Amadeus, Gal,ileo and Sabre)
- Strong international Fares knowledge
- Knowledge of G-suite and Gmail
- Excellent understanding of airline terms and travel industry knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary customer-oriented approach
- Possess competent wricommunicationl communication skills. Possess effective organization-deadliness work on deadline.
- Attention to detail.
- High Level of accuracy
- Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management.
