About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for a travel all-rounder to utilise their broad industry knowledge and experience to support our Product Operations team. As a rapidly growing business, the position is fast paced & hands on, covering vast aspects of a Product Operations role including both internal & external customer support as well as booking reconciliation & fulfilment of travel reservations.

- Self-motivated with a learning attitude, a sense of urgency and desire to explore new approaches
The responsibilities of the position
- Product contract loading and associated pricing amendments & updates
- Ensure product information and pricing is accurate across internal & external platforms
- Provide Air Ticketing and Land Product Voucher fulfilment support
- Monitoring and processing payments as required to preferred travel providers
- Flight cancellation & fare amendment calculation and support to sales team and customers
- Quality checking bookings and traveller documentation to ensure accurate fulfilment
- Internal & Market Travel Product Analysis to identify opportunities and maximise revenue
- Product support to sales team as required

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Sales or Product Support position
- GDS experience essential
- Fare calculation and basic ticketing knowledge essential
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Home base is in the Cape Town CBD and applicant must provide own transport
- The position is not solely Mon-Fri. Successful applicant will work weekends on a rostered basis
