Overview

Club Travel has a position available at our offices in Canal Walk for a BSP (Billing & Settlement Refund Administrator within the Travel Industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently dealing with all BSP-related duties, including dealing with all refunds and the calculations thereof, as well as raising credit notes and service fees to our clients.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manual refund calculations
• Dealing with refund queries
• Processing and submitting refunds received (Both BSP Link & GDS)
• ·Processing of refund credit notes and service fees

Salary

Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

Skills, Experience & Education

• Proficient in English
• Knowledge of BSP Advantageous
• Exemplary customer-orientated approach
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience
• Attention to detail.
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to work in a high volume-based environment.
• Advantageous – analytical skills
