Job Description
Work closely alongside the sales and accounts teams to manage some of the administrative and operational tasks of the sales process, including but not limited to:
- Ticketing
- Issuing of travel documents and vouchers.
- assist finance team with supplier payment administration / coordination.
- Provide proactive support to sales team colleagues in peak or leave times.
- support and assist the Sales Team, prioritising a busy workload, multiple projects and tasks.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 2 - 3 years minimum in a similar role, or travel consultant looking to move out of sales
- Minimum 2+ years GDS ticketing experience, Galileo is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of global travel logistics and key outbound destinations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Proficiency in Google workspace and knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
