Job Description
The main objective of this role is to provide information, advice, and booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.
This is achieved through exceeding the client’s expectations thereby creating long-term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, and offering customers the best deals most suited to their needs.
Salary

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Must have a valid GDS Certificate (Amadeus is an advantage)
- Minimum 3-year travel-related tertiary qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of the GDS and Online Booking Tool (OBT)
- Minimum of 5 years working in the MICE division
- Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office
- Have an excellent understanding of:
- Airline terms – group bookings
- Travel industry knowledge
- Geography – Destination and product knowledge
- Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated regularly
- Updated and latest destination & product knowledge is a must
- Organising meetings, conferencing, incentives, and group booking
- Being onsite when needed, doing groundwork as and when requested.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
- Support team members and management
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of the additional language is an advantage
- Well-versed in various areas of travel
- Possess competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline.
- Attention to detail.
- Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
