Required Qualifications

Qualification:

• 2-4yrs+ working experience as a Junior Travel Advisor
• Galileo is essential
• Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
• Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
• Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly
• Turnaround time very important
