Job Description
Seeking Intermediate and Senior ticketing specialists:
- To efficiently issue tickets and complex reissues on the GDS
- Compulsory-Ability to do a manual fare build and manual reissues
- Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
- Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures
- Galileo or Amadeus certificates

- Matric Certificate
- Amadeus or Galileo Certificates
- Fares course would be an advantage

- BSP understanding
- Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
- Sound geographical knowledge
- A candidate with intermediate or senior level expertise will be advantageous
