Job Description
- Must be able to handle all regional and domestic bookings.
- Understanding of local travel requirements
- To process all ticket requests - reserving, issuing, advise on changes, refunds and cancellations etc
- Ability to work under pressure, after hours and excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience and in-dept knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
- Sabre essential
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

At least 5+ years’ experience as a consultant Matric/ grade 12 Quicktrav

- Galileo with current valid Galileo GDS certificate and code
- Sabre with current valid Sabre GDS certificate and code
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Can manage Corporate / Government Accounts
- Quiktrav knowledge required
- Track record required.
