Job Description

The primary focus of this position is full responsibility for processing eft payments / virtual card payments. Preparing the EFT payments for the Cape Town office to action. Bank reconciliations, clearing reconciling items, and foreign payments. Be the intermediate person for all banking purposes

• ·Minimum 3-year Cashbook and banking experience
• Finance-related diploma would be advantageous
• Computer Literate - MS Office
•  Attention to detail
•  Advanced excel knowledge
• G-SUITE experience preferred

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

• Thorough and timeous preparation of payments.
• Administer costing and invoicing of supplier payments
•  Accurate costing of expenses bank debits, receipts, and transfers
• Daily capturing of payments
• Ensure all payments are invoiced and all EXP invoices are cleared with a payment at Month-end.
• Loading of payments/beneficiaries
• Export information from Nedbank and Standard bank
• Processing of month-end journals and accurate charge of merchant fees
• Bank reconciliation
• Papertrail administration
