Duties & responsibilities
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients' preferences
- Collect deposits and balances for bookings
- Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs to stay updated
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Book flights, packages, car rentals, and tours with efficiency
- Provide knowledgeable and sound travel advice, including information on visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and destinations
- Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellation, refunds, and schedule changes
Availability
Starting from August 1, 2023
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Full competence with Amadeus
- Proficiency in English
- Good time-management skills
- Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with domestic and international destinations
- Computer literacy
- Access to remote support for after-hours emergencies
- Own computer needed
- Office hours are flexible, remote working would require proper internet connections
