Job Description
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- All aspects of accessing, quality control and issuing all travel documentation:
➢ Hotel Vouchers
➢ Car Vouchers
- Adhering to eTravel’s ‘Cleared Funds Policy’.
- All related administrative functions to facilitate the back-office support given to ITC’s related to hotel / car
- All other related Admin functions

- Matric
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Windows Environment (specifically Quicktrav, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Amadeus and Galileo a must
- Good communication skills
- High level of service-orientated individual required
- Good Administration skills
- Work well under pressure and as a Team player
