- Day to day calling on customers and management of key accounts
- Sourcing of new customers / business
- Attending briefing sessions and collecting tender document
- Client management
- Cold calling, qualify leads and update all parties
- Implementation plan of accounts as per ISO to all internal and external stake holders
- SLA management
- Client retention
- Tender presentations
- Clients workshops
- Supplier negotiations
- Conduct customer survey
- Corporate Agreements managements
- Conflict management
- Risk management
- Developing effective relationships with new and current Key Accounts Customers
- Managing co-ordinating all relevant customer accounts with clients at all level as well as within TWF
- CRM update with strong administrative skills
- Strong Knowledge from front to back process of TMC
- Analyse MIS report
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual meetings to be conducted with clients

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Financial management, advice to clients on cost saving initiatives and saving methodology
- Proven track record in sales.
- Driver’s license prerequisite and own car.
- MS outlook proficient.
