Job Description
- General Administration within HR Department, which includes: Updating and mainting of personal files.
- Assisting with meetings, planning and preparations.
- Schedule interviews e.g. booking the boardroom, phoning the candidates and put it on the calendar ect.
- Training Co-ordination: Handle training request, schedule and co-ordinate indusction training and liasise with the managers.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- 1-3 yrs experience admin
- Computer literate, must be able to work on excell, word ect.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
- HR qualification and advantage
