To ensure that all procedures within the department and the overall delivery of customer service is maintained daily in accordance with regulations and compliance standards.
Provide technical support to internal departments, which includes:
Detail amendments
Booking amendments
Booking cancellations, confirmations and re-instates
Room allocations, upgrades, downgrades, splits, swaps and waitlists
Removal and application of various items and fees
Occupancy force
Discounts
Create and manage IT tickets for all system related issues
Hotels and transfers troubleshooting
International admin support
Providing Groups support, which includes:
Room allocation and reconciliation
Option date extension
Tracking and reporting
Conduct high level testing
ASAP

Qualification:
At least 3 years' experience in similar role.
Technical, analytical, good with learning systems, good at creative problem solving.

Working hours to vary on a roster basis in season:
08:00 a.m. – 16:30 p.m. / 08:30 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
Required to work Saturdays in season
