Job Description
- Plan, organize and implement sales plan.
- Develop portfolio and ensure regular visit to corporate clients and Travel Agencies
- Establish objectives for converting potential and retaining existing customers.
- Take responsibility to achieve or exceed sales (bookings) and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to travel trade and customer.
- Co-ordinate and attend various market specific trade shows .
- Plan and organize workshop to travel agencies.
- Recommend sales and promotional action plans based on market needs and feedback, competitors’ activities.
- Ensure profitable sales revenue is achieved.
- Assist in designing and developing sales and marketing strategies in order to ensure growth in revenue and market share for the airline.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to ensure that the clients are made aware of various procedures offered by the airline.
- Achieve Passenger sales target and marketing goals of the company.
- Maintain and promote airline brand, products and services through the different distribution channels.
- Prepare marketing reports and business plan
Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Diploma in sales from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the relevant field .
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills.
- Willing to work odd hours and with little supervision.
- Results oriented.
