Job Description
Quote Management:
- Logging all new quotes.
- Distributing of all quotes to staff in the office.
- Following up on all quotes to either cancelled or confirmed status.
- Overseeing client enquiry list.
- Overseeing progress reports.
- Overseeing all Profit & Loss forms.
- Checking of quotes compiled by staff.
- Compiling and submitting brochure quotes to the directors for approval.
Client Liaison:
- Identify new clients and make contact.
- Maintain relationship with exciting clients.
- Selling new and existing products.
- Attending marketing tradeshows/meetings.
- Dealing with client complaints.
- Precise and factual feedback to clients.
Supplier Management:
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on rates and cancellations.
- Relationship with suppliers.
- Overseeing of all cost estimates.
- Precise and factual feedback to suppliers.
Financial Management:
- Budget input.
- Compilation of statistics.
- Overseeing of all cost estimates.
Office Management:
- Overseeing of all aspects of files that staff are working on.
- Quality control of administration.
- Problem resolution, keeping directors informed.
- Factual reporting to Directors.
- Ensure the department reach set targets.
Training of new employees:
- Ensure training of new staff on office procedures (on the job training).
- Ensuring the training of staff on all operational procedures (on the job training).
- Performance review of employees.
- Employee development only with approval of directors and HR Approval.
Database Management:
- Ensure database is updated weekly.

Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Tourism Qualification
- 10 Years Experience in a Senior position
- Valid driver’s license
- South African ID or a valid working permit
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate) - Excel & Outlook Proficient
