Required Qualifications
Qualification:
- Previous experience and skill as a Travel Advisor, utilising a GDS.
- Must able to handle all regional and international reservations with supplementary services thoroughly.
- Understanding visa requirements and country travel information.
- Competent in Re-issues, VMPD, EMD, reading airline rules and restrictions.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing.
- Galileo experience essential.
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic and excellent teamwork, time and attendance required.
